Bio 310L is the laboratory course for Bio 310.
This upper division lab meets from 3-6pm on Mondays right after the lecture, sometimes in a computer lab but most often in a wet lab. Topics include protein structure and function, bioinformatics, enzyme purification from animal mitochondria, specific activity of enzymes, recombinant protein expression and purification, enzyme assays, and drug discovery.
